We move fast — because mess doesn’t wait around.

Standard Shipping

All orders placed during our regular business hours are processed and packed within 1 business day.

We ship via NZ Post, and delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on where you are in New Zealand.

Fees

We keep it simple.

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate applies to all orders anywhere in New Zealand, no matter the size or weight.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $90. No extra charges, no surprises.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it along its journey.

Just a heads up — tracking can sometimes take a little time to update after dispatch.

Delays

We aim to get everything to you quickly, but sometimes life (and logistics) gets in the way — especially during busy periods or bad weather.

If your order is delayed, email us at hello@sadieessentials.com and we’ll sort it out with you.

Loss or Damage

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us straight away at hello@sadieessentials.com

We’ll work with the courier to track it down and fix it as quickly as possible.
